2020

In the year 2020, chaos did reign, a time of darkness, sorrow, and pain. A pandemic swept the world with might, a plague that kept us all up at night.

The streets were empty, the stores were bare, no laughter, no hugs, no one to care. The world was locked, the doors were shut, a world of fear, of ifs and buts.

But amidst the chaos, heroes did rise, doctors, nurses, and workers in disguise. They fought for our lives, for our safety and health, putting their own lives at stake for our wealth.

The world did change, in ways we never knew. We learned to adapt, to find something new. We found ways to connect, to love and to care, to find hope in the midst of despair.

And now as we look back at 2020, we remember the chaos and the fear. But we also remember the heroes, the love, and the light that shone through the darkness and made everything alright.
